Yes, you do.
Check out memory.lbr
The best way to search for packages you have in your libraries is to
pretend to add one directly to a board.
(1) Open the board editor.
(2) Enable all libraries with 'USE *;' so that all libraries are used
for the search.
(3) Click ADD as if to a add a package.
(4)When the ADD Dialog opens list of libraries is presented, type the
text you wish to search for into the Search field at the bottom and hit
SOH-28 is not found but SOH28 or SOH* returns the SOH28-SNAPHAT
If you have a consistent Schematic / Board pair open you will be
prevented from adding a package directly onto the board

Thanks Warren. I found it in memory.lib, my earlier search did not find it.
