Library question (ver 4.60 required to load)

Hi,

 

I have downloaded a couple of libraries recently that claim to require

version 4.60 of Eagle to load, I now have version 4.16r2, which as far as I

can tell is the last in the 4.x series, so what is required to load these

4.60 version libraries ?
