Update board after library update

Greetings Once Again,

 

I am sorry for asking a lot of questions but I can not find answer in manaul

and have not figured this out and do not know where else to ask.

 

Aside from deleting a library device from the schematic and board and then

replacing it with the same edited and updated library device, is there any

method of updating an existing device on the schematic and board that has

been edited in the library?

  • Greetings Once Again,

     

    I figured out how to update the board after editing the device in the

    library.

     

    Click on the Library dropdown menu in the top menu bar of the board window

    and select Update and then navigate to the library that was updated and

    select that library.

     

    Upon selection, the device on the board will change to refelect the update.

     

    I was trying to use the update-packages ULP before and getting nowhere with

    that.
