Any reason to upgrade 5.4 to 5.6 ?

I currently have 5.4.0, Standard, schematic and layout - no

autorouter.  And I am having no problems at all.  I am reluctant to

upgrade to 5.6.0 until I see a need.  Is there any reason why I should

do this?  Or, to put it another way, is there any reason why I should

not upgrade?  Has anyone had any trouble upgrading to 5.5 or 5.6?

    Upgrade to 5.6.0 - then look at the UPDATE text files in the doc

    subdirectory for the changes and fixes.

     

    Since there are always some bug fixes and small improvements, it's

    generally advisable to upgrade to the latest (stable) version. Maybe you

    just didn't run into problems yet, simply because you didn't have one of

    the situations that led to problems.

     

    Even the beta versions of EAGLE have proven as very stable, BTW, so if

    you want to keep up with all minor changes, you might consider them too.
