What print settings (boxes checked in print dialog) and layers are you
printing? Does your printer do color or gray scale? What does it look like
if you print only one layer at a time? What Eagle version?
I sometimes run the CAM processor to make 'release' gerber files, import
them into GC-Prevue (www.graphicode.com) and do my checking layer by layer
there. Lately I made a bunch of display aliases that mimic the layer
assembly used with the CAM job so I can check within Eagle.
