Solder mask mask

Hi,

 

I need to keep the solder mask off of one end of my board to leave a place

for a heatsink. I tried making a part but cannot make an SMD pad that big.

How do I do this?

  • Hi Tim,

     

    Try drawing a rectangle in your board on the tStop or bStop (29/30)

    layers, as appropriate.
