How to change the shape and size of vias

The manual says it can be done for the top and bottom layers, but does

not say how.  When I choose Change/Via there is one listed, 1 -16, which

is a bit cryptic and I have not found a definition of it.

    Try CHANGE DIAMETER and CHANGE SHAPE instead.

     

    (CHANGE VIA is for changing the via itself, meaning the layers it

    connects - see the DRC layer setup for the possibilities. For a simple

    two-sided board, they will always be "1-16".)
