Hi Morten,
in the company we've been down this road before: There is no DDR3 module for
that purpose. In the end, we bought an interposer with cables for the logic
analyzer. Costs you a fortune 
The only cheap solution is to desolder some chips from the module, attach
termination resistors to the differential pins and hope the measurement did
not turn out too odd. But this will only work if you can bypass the memory
controller training sequence.
