Can any one help me with this...

how to convert the text file to .sch file??

how to add the files in the Eagle libraries after converted .sch files.

    Huh?  What text file?  Your question makes no sense.

    You don't add files to libraries.  Libraries contain symbols, packages, and

    device sets.  These are added as described in the manual, which you

    obviously need to read.
