Change of  projects folder location

I need to change the location where the projects are located , I have been unable to determine how to change the placement, can anyone give a step by step procedure ?

 

Also, I may need to remove the software from another computer and I do not see an uninstall program to do a complete cleaning of  the software removal, -- any help on this issue as well

    1. In control panel/options/directries provide the path to the new location.

     

    2. It would be nice to know your operating system. In case its windows

    go to start/settings/controlpanel/software select eagle.xx.x and uninstall.
