Is there a way in Eagle to position the name and values after the parts are placed in the layout? For example if resistors are placed side by side I want to move the labels off the ends or if they are placed end to end I want to move the labels to the sides. I'm used to being able to do that in they layout tool I use for work but I don't see how to to it in Eagle without changing the symbol in the library which changes every instance.
