Spreadsheet entry of schematics

I am interested in using Eagle PCB for an FPGA and microcontroller project.  I think that the best way for me to handle the design will be to use a spreadsheet that contains pin names and numbers on devices with assosciated signal names.  I think that using a schematic for the large number of wires will just get confusing.  Does Eagle PCB support this design method?

    Hi,

     

    I am sorry, but this is not the way EAGLE is intended to use. Of course,

    one could think of writing an User Language Program that reads a kind

    of spreadsheet and transfers this infomration into a schematic.

    But there is no tool (ULP) prepared for this.
