Hi Kaique,
Technically speaking no. EAGLE is always forwards compatible but not
backwards. You could try running the export-board and export-schematic
ULPs, these export the design as script files which you can run in V5.11
to recreate the original design. Be warned it's not perfect but it
should get you 80-90% of the way there.
