How to find a special case?

Hello, I am starting to use Eagle and I think that probably all people whose starts have the same problem.

 

For example ... I am trying to add a MRF157 but I can not find any model or CASE 368-03 to use it.

What I can do in this case of situations?? How could I add this case or simulate it??
