How can I align header pins to a breadboard?

I'm new to eagle and still trying to learn a ton of stuff, but I'm not doing so badly with design so far.

 

I would like to have some header pins to stick a PCB onto a breadboard, but I'm not sure what the spacing is, or how I could align the headers in eagle, to a breadboard.

    breadboards commonly have a 100mil /2,54mm grid
