Error when sending board to PCB manufacturer (Eurocircuits)

Hello,

I am trying to create a custom part, for the Apple IIgs Memory Card. I have altered the IBM8BIT component from the library to fit the requirements for the Apple IIgs.

But when I try to send the board to Eurocircuits, I get the error that no proper dimension layer can be found.

Also the rendered board is incorrect:

This is what the board should look like:

I have attached the project and the library.

Can someone explain to me what I did wrong...

Thanks in advance,

Xander

Eurocircuits is wanting the outline of the board, drawn in layer 20

Dimension to be a continuous enclosed polyline.

When I inspect the package in the library I see many lines in layer 20.

with breaks. On your board you have your element but you have added

    another outline on layer 20.

Your image of the board is not what I see.

See attached. That is what your package looks like and thus what I see

    in  the brd file.

I'm guessing you are using a Mac with 10.9 (unsupported)

Tidy up the package and you may be OK

I also thought so, so I rebuild the board. I put the board outline (in the package) in layer 51, as in the package it will be only a guide. I made the board outline in layer 20, but I still can't get the correct board displayed (e.g. no, or incorrect, finish, etc)
