My colleague at work got a Raspberry Pi 3 (and said its really usable as a desktop and is fast). I asked if he could install Ubuntu and run eagle on it and he said its only ported for Intel 32 or 64 architectures. But he said that Wolfram ported a mathematica bundle for the Pi, so why can't the CadSoft folks follow suit? At least the freeware version. How cool would be the ability to design Pi hats (as well as other boards) on the Pi itself, submit your design via oshpark (or favorite pcb house) all from the same platform. I think that would be pretty cool.
