In the attached .brd the top solder mask contains a border that's much
larger than the actual board. While I can't find a way to see the mask in
Eagle 4.16r2, you can get a sense of it by zooming to fit and noticing the
board occupies only the lower left of the screen instead of the whole
screen. I can see the mask when viewing the .stc (created by the
gerber274x.cam job) in Viewmate. How can I fix this? I don't know how to
modify it at all, but I don't even know what I want to do. 
Do I want
to delete the border, or just shrink it to the size of the board? Thanks.
