I tried to install the Mac version of 5.11 using my non-administrator account and the result was a total failure.
Checking the logs I noticed the following errors:
... com.apple.installd.user[...] Permission denied
On Mac OS X it is usual for programs that require administrative rights for installation to ask for the administrative credentials and perform the installation regardless the current account type.
Could you update the Mac Install procedure to incude this?
