When routing airwires in v5 there are some new features with round routing.
In v4 it was only possible to route either 90 or 45 angles.
For most of my PCB, I know, I will never use curved or round corners on any
wires. Therefore, it is only an irritation when I click the wrong mouse
button and the wires go round.

in the documentation, though.

Set Wire_Bend @ 0 1;
Plus ctr-right click to change between modes, works great for me.
