How to batch change component package

Hi, everyone:

I am a new user of EAGLE. I got a problem.

I had finish the schematic design, but I have to change all the package of capaticors appear in the design from 0402 to 0805. Is there any ULP could realize this task? Otherwise, I have to do it one by one manuelly.

Thanks a lot.

    In summary, you can do it en masse if the two packages are in the same

    device set.

    What you type for the replacement package depends on the library/part  you

    are using for your 0402/0805 part.

    select elements in BRD with GROUP, type in

    CHANGE PACKAGE R-EU_R0603

    btw.

    CHANGE PACKAGE R-US_R0603

                    ^^^^^|

    Name of deviceset   ^^^^^

                         package variant

    The shortness version:

    ch pac R-US_R0603

    and now click with rigth mouse button at the group.

    Only elements defined this package in deviceset can change.

    TIP:

    SET Option.ToggleCtrlForGroupSelectionAndContextMenu 1;

    HELP SET (enter)
