ASC format

I have been an Eagle user for  years, we are presently looking into another manufacturer of our PCBs. This company uses a Program that is called CircuitCAM. It takes the RS274X files fine, but it is looking for a Centroid File in ACSII format that is called ASC. Has anybody dealt with this particular format. The company can manually generate it, but it would just be easier to have the file generated. Thanks in advanced.

    Hi Donald,

     

    Use the mountsmd.ulp included with EAGLE to generate the necessary pick

    and place info, you can also ask the board house if they've made a ULP

    for their own machines. For example, I know screaming circuits has done

    this and I believe advanced assembly has as well.
