Editing package in board

pgw

It will be great to be able to editing package already placed on board but not changing it in library.

For instance I need to make bigger gap between two pads but only for one resistor or capacitor and I don't want to create n'th alternative package in library.

Or remove unused pads in package, now it force me to create alternative package, which is useless in another projects.

Simple thing like changing size of one hole in package, requires creating alternative package, which is usually never used again and its time-consuming.

Design could be more flexible.

but: this require an different structure of the sch/brd files; a beta

version of v6 is allready out, and it does not allow for such change. so v6

    will not do this.

maybe v7... in a couple of years, if you can wait image
