Strange Library behavior under Windows 7

I can override the Windows 7 security as a workaround, but why

does it not work like it is supposed to?

If you have put the SparkFun.lbr into the same folder as your personal

libraries,which you can see, then there can only be a few things to do and

check.

1) First perform a REFRESH at the Control Panel.

2) If no luck then I'm guessing the file attributes of the Sparkfun library

or your library folder are set in such a way WIN7 does not permit

visibilty./access, so change these.

Compare your library file attributes with the Sparkfun attributes.

Search for tools like 'Attribute Changer' on the web.
