The smd dimensions for packages R0402 and C0402 inside library
rcl.lib are rotated 90 degrees from being correct, and result
in solder pads that are wide and short, and this makes the
contract manufacturers complain, because the parts "tombstone"
when soldering.
The orientation of the smd solder pad dimensions inside package C0402K
are correct, if you want to compare to something that is correct
and that works.
Please feel free to compare the R0402 and C0402 to any chip
manufacturer's footprint recommendation.
