Importing DXF Data

I am trying to figure out the best method of importing dxf data into eagle. Is there a straight forward way to do this using ULP?

There are converters available in the Cadsoft Download. Please take
a look at http://www.cadsoft.de/downloads/tools-and-converters
and search for dxf.

frequently tools used:
dxf2scr-1.zip (for free)
eagle_pcb_power_tools*.exe (with costs for larger files)
