Wide traces (more width added with planes where possible) question.

Is there way to add "additional" width to power traces (with large currents) where possible with planes for example?

 

My problem is that if i use polygon to make power trace wider, I have to manuall draw it and then manually draw GND plane go around it, is there way to do so that eagle doesn't draw planes top of each other? Same way as eagle polygon understands avoid traces.
