Hi,
I've been successfully copying parts of a schematic from one design to
another, but I've just encountered a problem. I've got a four-gate chip,
three gates of which I copied from one design to another - so far so good.
I bit latter I released that I should have copied the fourth gate over as
well. I've cut and paste it in the same manner as before, but Eagle has
decided that this final gate needs a new chip, so I now have two identical
chips where I only need one. How do I tell eagle that the extra gate is
actually the fourth one on the original chip? I've tried changing the name
but with no success.
