Can't Modify trestrict Polygon

I have a polygon in trestrict that prevents pouring copper under a receiver

module.  I need to change its shape somewhat, but I can't drag or break its

sides, or delete it.  It won't be part of a group, or permit info to display

its properties.  I even copied everything but trestrict into a new board

layout trying to get rid of it, but it came along anyway.  What's up with

that?

    Could the restrict polygon be part of the package? So you have to

    change it in the library and update the project.
