V6 F/B Annotation has been Severed

I'm on OpenSuse 12.1 and had no problems upgrading to Version 6. But did

have a few panics when I was looking at a few designs. Without actually

making a change to either schematic of board file as soon as I quit one of

them I immediately get told that the "F/B Annotation has been severed!"

I've made no changes to either so this is a bit of a worry.

I looked at the ERC which tells me that I've no errors in the design but

there are a number of warnings:

IC2 VCC connected to 5V

IC2 VSS Connected to Gnd

Part JP1 has no value

etc.

etc.

Is this being displayed because I've killed either schematic or Board

window as a warning and I can ignore it?

thanks a million for that. Panic averted. At least now I know and won't be

worried about it. It is a good idea to have the warning.

    Hi Arigead,

Initially it's just a warning, since it can turn into a issue many users

requested a very visible warning when your file integrity is at risk.

If the ERC doesn't come up with any errors then you haven't broken F/B

annotation yet. Clicking on the screen will get rid of the flag.

    hth,

    Jorge Garcia
