All parameters are listed in the online help under the topic "Command
Line Options".

So,all the commands that can be input in Eagle Command Line ,can also be written from command prompt (dos). Is this true?
Can you give a sample ,how to pass the parameter (command) in dos?

Then go read a DOS manual. What bizzare mis-logic made you ask here?
Besides, DOS hasn't been used in years and Eagle doesn't run on it. The
regular command line shell in windows (CMD.EXE) still probably supports
many old DOS commands, but if you want real DOS you'll have to run real
DOS. Again, this has nothing whatsoever to do with this forum.

No, those are the Eagle commands. The OP was specifically asking about DOS
commands.

Although it's rather unclear what you mean, I assume you want the command
line parameters that Eagle can use.
The easiest way is to open the help menu and type 'command line
parameters'. You'll get an nice list ..
(it's a rather long list, so I won't copy it here)
If you don't have Eagle already, download the freeware version: All
official documentation is contained within the download.

Ha,ha,do you really think that I'm using the real dos?It is obvious that I'm talking about the command line shell in windows (CMD.EXE).
I just want to open Eagle from other program (through the command line shell in windows) , open a board file and SHOW (highlight) a specific component.
Till now I managed to open the brd file, but don't know how (if) to pass the SHOW parameter.
About this forum,it has the Eagle tittle,so why is this not the right forum?

Not obvious at all since you specifically said something different. Learn
to say what you actually mean.

There is a command line version of Eagle for use in scripts and the like.
I've never used it, so I don't remember the details, but I definitely
remember seeing it documented.

You originally asked about DOS commands, which have nothing to do with
Eagle. Even if you really meant Windows command line commands, that still
has nothing to do with Eagle. It now seems you are asking about yet
something else.
Decide what you really want and then ask about that clearly.

This is what I'm looking for,but cannot find.
I have used the "dos" word only to distinguish the Eagle command line from the dos stile command line.
So please somebody confirm if Eagle has a windows command line shell dos stile cmd.exe interface and how to use it.

It is possible to start EAGLE with the option -S which specifies
a script file that can contain EAGLE commands like SHOW.....
