Bug updating libraries

Hello

 

I am using the latest version 6.0.

 

I modified one of my libraries (just added an alternative component),

then within my schematic selected "Update All" from the library menu.

 

I then got the message box:

   "No Forward-/Back annotation will be performed!"

 

Then another message box:

   "Consistency lost during library update!

    No Forward-/Back annotation will be performed!

    Please contact CADSOFT"

 

Then another message box:

   "Your drawing may be seriously damaged.

    Please revert to a backup"

 

Please can you help.

  • I have found a temporary work around until the underlying problem is

    solved. Deleting all components from the schematic which came from the

    original problematic library, then putting them back again one by one

    from the modified library.
