Mac Version of Eagle, using the CTRL key

Hi John,

Like all Mac software, the Command key functions in the same way that

the Control key does in Windows,

That doesn't work since it's currently used to allow one to move the

display around so it won't also work like the control key.

This is a problem with you design software that makes non-standard use of

the basic GUI interface and decide that you know what's better and go your

own way.

Again, you can under program control tell the OS to not use the control key

as a modifier while it's in your window but to pass it to the program for

processing. If your going to make non-standard use if the mouse and keys

then you need to use this option.

What I need to do cuttingly is to draw a rectangle except for one end which

needs to be a half circle. It's an area that needs to be cutout so a RGB

LED can lay on it's side in the hole so it can be seen from both sides of

the board. I've not been able to figure out how to use the command line to

do the same thing.

I think you can use the miter tool in the arc mode to arc the corner

then you can adjust the end points and the middle point with the mouse.

Perhaps this could be manufactured either as a hole (Hole layer) and a

rectangular (milling layer) or a route from overlapped circle and rectangle

in the milling layer and hence do it all in one hit.
