How do I plot a schematic in a plotter?

Hi,

I have a schematic that is in a C-size frame/title block. I have the correct driver for the plotter. It is an HP type plotter that uses the HPGL (not HPGL/2) driver. When I open the device itself, I see that the driver supports all the paper sizes we use on our plotter, ansi sizes A-D. Eagle, however, doesn't give me the choice to print on these paper sizes. I'm using Windows XP and my version of Eagle is 6.1.0. I'm hoping there's a setting somewhere that I'm missing.

I got it to work in a round about way, but why won't Eagle show me a list of all the formats that the driver supports?
