I have a small board, fairly dense, double sided approx 22 x 46 mm with 135
wires and all SMD except for battery pads and signal i/o pads. EAGLE 5.11
will not allow a ground copper pour.
I can route the board 100% but when I try to do a polygon gnd with orphans
on or off it fails to pour and I get messages like Optimise6:80.3%
finished. Polygons may have fallen apart.
I have tried polygons before and after routing always with the same
results.
Has anyone got a foolproof check list of what settings to use and the order
to do it in?
thanks in advance
Brian
