This may have been suggested before but we're up to version 6.1 now and it hasn't been implemented so...
The default location for libraries etc. on a windows installation is the application directory under program files. This not only breaks windows application design guidelines but also can cause confusion when downloading additional libraries since windows will "help" by pretending to download the file into the library folder but actually put it into a hidden virtual store in the user profile. (I wasted an hour trying to find out why my downloaded library wasn't appearing despite appearing to download correctly.)
I know you can move the folders and change the configured locations but updates in the past have recreated the original folders leading to confusing double libraries. (I suspect this is true even for the current version).
In short what I'm suggesting is that the libraries etc. should default to the user profile the same as projects. Ideally these locations should be an option on installation (and update).
