Best way to make a panel

Hello,

I'd like to make a panel from several and different boards.

I'm wondering if there is a good ulp that accepts multiple brd files,

asks the type of separation (breakrouting, v-cut) and fits all PCBs in

one nice panel.

If it's not possible to do with EAGLE / ulp, may you suggest me an

affordable third-part software?

Hi, you can make the panel in Gerber directly by v-cut for tab routing.
And if you order the PCB from our company, we will do the panel for you as
free.

I use Gerbmerge by Andrew Sterian. Written in Python, all command-line stuff and a bit of a learning curve but not too bad---
Because I also use the freeware version and am restricted in size,

Are you using the free version of EAGLE? If so, forget panels, your maximum area is 100x80mm. However, if you don't have those restrictions, you can try copying entire boards (by selecting the board, pressing ctrl+C, opening the panel board layout file, and clicking the clipboard tool), and draw the panel from there. If you're doing this for automated assembly, then don't forget fiducial marks and tooling strips.

you can have a try CAM350. it's do with gerber files .you can google its tutorials
