Hello,
I have an issue with Eagle (Freemiun version) : in controle panel I disable all library (use none), but when I open Eagle next time, all Library are again activated.
Did you know what I am doing wrong ?
Thanks you
Jean-Marie

Maybe there are libraries from older versions still active. Type in the
command line of the schematic or board editor:
USE -*
Now all lbrs are no longer used.

Thanks you for your answer. I try your suggestion, but there is no modification in the library behavior : all library are not used. But after restarting eagle there are all back !
Other information : I am using windows 7 and the version of Eagle is Version 6.1.0 for Windows Standard Edition

The currently used libraries are stored in the eagle.epf (eagle project
file). Maybe you don't save the project file when closing it or quitting
EAGLE. Please check the settings in the Control Panel's Options/Backup
menu. Is "Automatically save project file" active?
