Component I made won't route!

I made a component for a micro usb connector, and for some reason it just refuses to route.

The part is Micro B - Standard (Bottom mount), Shell SMT, http://www.hirose.co.jp/cataloge_hp/e24200011.pdf top of page 4.,

I've made plenty of parts in libraries prior to this, with no problem, Any advise on how to best debug this?

Maybe you have drawn the silk screen in layer 20 dimension? This would
prevent the follow-me/autorotuer from routing.
