I can;t find in the libraty a card edge connector 10 position .1 spacing.

    Perhaps you could adapt tyhe following to make what you require

    Library        con-pc.lbr

    package      IBM8BIT

     

    If so you may also like to take some style guidence from package AGP-SLOT

    and other packages in that library
