I am using CadSoft Eagle 6.2.0. I have a problem about the value of route
width and the actual width. Here is the case, I connected a route in width
of 0.1 to a pad in diameter of 0.1. In the Eagle screen, I can see they fit
perfectly. However, when I print this out through my laser printer, I find
that the pad is in 100% scale while the route is halved in width. This
'scaling' problem also appear in long pad. The drill hole will be intact
but the long pad is halved in width.
Additionally, if I print to a PDF file through Eagle, the PDF file shows
the route and the pad are perfectly fit. When I print this PDF in "actual
size", again the route is halved in width. (Yes, the printed picture is
different from what I see in computer.)
Does anyone know how I can solve this problem? Thanks
