I've made a new part, a 10 mm trimmer:

The bigger circle is drawn in the tDocu layer. Now, I'd like to draw a
mark in the tPlace layer but, of course, wouldn't want the silkscreen
to touch the pads.
This is the best what I could draw with the ARC tool:

However, these arcs are not in the same position as the circle so
everything doesn't look very nice when both tDocu and tPlace are
switched on:

I thought I might draw the arcs with the ARC command + parameters with
precise position, radius ad starting&endong angles, but seems that
doesn't work. I thought I could draw some arbitrary acr and then edit
the parameters but the arc parameters are dimmed.
Is there maybe a way to draw the circle, explode it, and then cut the
portions around the pads?
