Mixing versions

Can I use the standard (paid for) layout editor with the free schematic editor to make a 4-layer board with one schematic sheet, or must all tools be the same version?

    Hi Andrew,

     

    In EAGLE all tools must be of the same version, it's an all or nothing

    approach.
