Eagle v6.3 DRC doesn't detect clearance error between two polygons of same rank

A simple example is attached.  Basically it notices if the two polygons overlap, but not if they just touch or the clearance is less than the default 8mils that the DRC specifies.

 

I'm using Eagle 6.3.

    Hi Tyler,

     

    This has already been reported and is being worked on. The workaround

    temporarily is to change the rank of the various polygons so that

    they're different.
