Hi
I have started working in a company where Eagle is used, but there is currently no library management going on. I would like to organise the way we work so that there is a central repository for libraries such that we can ensure any new designs are created with the latest version of any component library.
This may be a simple question, but are there any pitfalls to using Eagle with its libraries located on a shared network drive? This would be ideal as it means there will be no duplicate copies anywhere. However I may be overlooking something vital so would appreciate some feedback on whether simply pointing Eagle to find its libraries on a shared network drive is a good solution?
Many thanks!
Angus
