Updating to latest version

I purchased the Non-Profit version a couple of years ago and want to know why I can't update my older version.  I try to do it on the Eagle website and enter my license information and it directs me to contact their sales office.  Sounds a little cryptic to me.  I go to the About tab and it shows the version 5.11.0 and my name as a registered user.  I tried to contact them via email but no reply.  I would like to update to the latest version.  thank you.

    I hope you're doing well. The non-profit can not be updated online, this

    allows us to make sure Non-Profit users are in compliance of the license

    terms.

     

    I would recommend that you call sales 954-237-0932 or try e-mailing
