importing a BMP

I'm trying to use the import BMP ulp, but I get this error

Can't open 'C\Program Files (x86)\EAGLE-6.2.0\bmp.scr'

Permission Denied

 

What does this mean?

If I look in that directry there are no .scr files there. There is an scr directory, but it does not have a bmp.scr in it. I have used this ulp in the pst, but not with this version of Eagle.

Any ideas?

    The ULP stores the bmp.scr in the same folder as the board, schematic or

    library you are running the ULP from. The path reported in your error is

    unexpected.

    Permissions can block writing to the Program diecrtories. You should move

    all your folders conating projects and libraries etc away from the Eagle

    installation directory. Especially considering that a  version update will

    clobber them.

     

    Having done that you will likely find the ULP will work

     

    I would not linger using v6.2. Much has been fixed since that release.
