Hi,
I would like to suggest adding the option to have multiple 'variants' of boards from a single schematic. Where I am, we have a PCB milling machine, that allows us to create a prototype PCB, and we also send our boards off to a board house for the production products. On our prototype PCB mill, we dont have the option of silk-screening, so we rely on placing text in the copper layer. However, when we send the boards off for production, we do have the option of silk-screen, and we would like to use it. It has happened more than once, where silk-screened text did not get placed where it needed to go, or copper text, got left in the production product. It would be nice if there was a way to base two separate boards off of a single schematic, so if, and when the schematic changes, we dont have to wory about changing both the production, and the prototype schematics.
