How to use the CAM option

Hi,

I wanted to send a PCB to a board manufacturing vendor. Pls. tell me how to generate the gerber files to be sent for fabrication.

Just search for 'gerber viewer' in google.
I use GC-Prevue, but you may choose your favourite one.

You have to select the layers you want to include in each gerber file.
Just check if the default ones are good for you.

Hi Marco,

Sorry for not clarifying the issue. When I select Gerber274x.cam option, only top, via and pads get selected in the layer menu where as I have several labelling in tPlace etc. so do I ahve to manually select the used layers as well or am I doing something wrong. (Eagle 6.3)

Have you already read the EAGLE/CAM Help, the tutorial pdf file
available in the doc folder and searched for step-by-step tutorial on
the web?
Exactly, where do you face the difficulties?
