Set Option Command is Not Stored v6.4

Hello,

 

The first thing I do after I install EAGLE is to run the following command

to make the right-click work correctly (IMHO):

 

 

set Option.ToggleCtrlForGroupSelectionAndContextMenu  1

 

 

This used to be sticky i.e. it would be set until it was unset explicitly,

even if you closed down EAGLE.  In V6.4 it is no longer sticky and I have

to reset that every time I open EAGLE.

 

This needs to be fixed.

  • I should also add that I also turn off the command buttons and move the

    text button menu to the left-hand side of each window.  These changes are

    also not stored and I have to redo them each time I open EAGLE.

    I'm not sure how this was fixed, but I don't have this issue.  I had a

    computer go down and had to rebuild it.  This problem was manifest when I

    installed V6.4 on a virgin Mac OS X Mountain Lion machine.  I then

    installed V6.2 on the same machine to test to see if the problem was in

    that version as well.  But it worked fine.  And then, when I went back to

    V6.4 it worked there too!

     

    I had some questions from CadSoft about permissions but this should have

    nothing to do with permissions since the info is stored in files in my

    writable directores (eaglerc, eagle.scr, eagle.epf, ...).  I made no

    changes to permissions on any files in my testing and it is now working.

     

    So I'm running the way I expect though I have no idea why.
